Frequently asked questions
Do my customers have to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone's camera and their card opens in the browser. It works on any Android or iPhone.
What information do you ask my customers for?
Just three things: name, phone and email. Nothing else.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card, every month, through Culqi. Grella never sees your card details.
What happens if a payment doesn't go through one month?
We let you know by email and retry for several days. If it's still unpaid after ten days, the account is suspended: no stamps are given until you pay, and no data is deleted.
What if it's not for me?
Do nothing. The trial doesn't ask for a card, so there's no charge: on day 30 the account is paused.
How much does it cost if I have two locations?
The first, S/ 119 + IGV; the second, S/ 59.50 + IGV. In total, S/ 178.50 + IGV a month.
